Our Refund Policy:
For packages
Any cancellation will result in a 10% cancellation fee of the amount paid plus $100 and
the cost of any non-refundable items (including, but not limited to, theater tickets, pre-paid
hotels and dinner cruises). If a cancellation is made before final payment is made, the 10%
fee applies only to the deposit amount, not the entire amount of the package. Cancellations
made with less than 1 week's notice are subject to the full billing of the entire package.
Every effort will be made to refund back to the cardholder as much of the above package as
possible without our company incurring a financial loss due to the cancellation (refunds may
be given equal to the amount of the dinners (except dinner cruises), admission to sights and
museums in your package).
For private tours
Any cancellation will result in a 10% cancellation fee of the amount paid plus $100 which a
Romancing Manhattan Tours representative may waive or reduce based on the amount of
concierge service provided, if any. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance of your
tour will result in the full billing of the price of your tour. If a cancellation is made before final
payment is made, the 10% fee applies only to the deposit amount, not the entire amount of
the tour. Cancellations made due to late flight arrivals or cancelled flights will be handled on
an individual basis. Every effort will be made to refund to the cardholder as much as possible
without our company incurring a financial loss due to the cancellation.
Tours cancelled due
to inclement weather are not acceptable. Tours operate rain or shine.
Concierge service
Due to the nature of this service, the Personal Concierge Service is non-refundable. A Romancing Manhattan
Tours representative may issue a partial refund based on his or her discretion based on the amount of service
provided. If the service was not used in any way, a full refund will be provided less a $50 cancellation fee.
